Hi, I bought this graphics card from you in October 2006. I had issues with it in February this year that had all the telltale signs of overheating and sent it back (invoice: 0001272916). You then tested it and decided there was nothing wrong with it, charged me and sent the item back to me. It worked fine until about a week ago when it suddenly started randomly cutting out (just got a black screen) and now sometimes when I restart my computer (every 3 or so times) it comes up looking like this: http://hosting.michaelpolom.com/images/arx1179141588n.jpg The screen stays scrambled until it loads my desktop and I have to cut the power and start it up again, where it normally works fine. I'm not prepared to send this item back to you unless I have written evidence that you will not charge me a penny even if there is nothing wrong with it as I am not prepared to spend another £23 just to be told there is nothing wrong with it when there obviously is. The item cost £72.42 in the first place, and paying you to do nothing with it again would mean i've spent half the cost of it again on nothing. Michael Polom
