Thanks for dropping me a line. I dont know if you saw but I'm from Essex, UK. Apparently there's only one other Polom family in the whole of the Uk which is VERY weird! My grandfather (Dad's Dad) came over here from Poland in the 1940s to serve in the British Military Police but I guess there could be some kind of connection... there can't be that many other Poloms about!! It would be interesting to look into it some more Mike
